Creating Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight Costume

Adam pays a visit to FBFX, the specialists behind the fabrication of the hero and stunt suits for Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight show. Bex Elley, Head of Soft Costume at FBFX, guides Adam through the process of creating the Moon Knight suit. She highlights the collaboration between her team and costume designer Meghan Kasperlik to incorporate intricate details into this remarkable piece.

The Moon Knight costume, designed by Meghan Kasperlik, was brought to life by FBFX. To learn more about FBFX’s work, visit their website.

The video, shot and edited by Joey Fameli, features music by Jinglepunks, with additional footage provided by FBFX and Marvel Studios.

Step-by-Step Guide: Creating a Winter Soldier Cosplay – Part 1: Constructing a Metal Arm – Including Free Patterns

Hey, everyone! I’m super excited for this video because it’s the first part of one of my dream cosplay builds – Bucky Barnes’ Winter Soldier! Instead of using metal, I’ll be using EVA foam with Worbla reinforcements. This entire project was made possible by generous donors on my Ko-Fi, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support.

All the patterns for this project will be available for free download. Keep in mind that they were specifically designed for my body, as I’m a 5’5″ woman, so some adjustments may be needed. However, they’ll serve as a great starting point for anyone looking to create this arm!

You can find the free pattern downloads and a written version of this tutorial on my Ko-Fi page.
